60% said employees left for higher-paying jobs
58% state unemployment benefits are to blame and fare better than actual work
Other highlighted factors included:
36% of employers blamed stress-related burnout
35% said family care responsibilities were too overwhelming
33% said employees chose to leave for a greater work-life balance
29% believe they want increased benefits/perks
22% said due to retirement
Vaccine mandates only made the cut by 12% among respondents.
