Premier BPO is a seeking Billing Admin/Reservation Auditor, who is responsible for accurate and timely payments to suppliers; reconciling hotel folios, rates, and virtual credit cards; and supporting timely customer invoicing and are a part of the LodgeLink Billing Administration team.

Reservation auditor job Descriptions

  • Reconcile folios and amounts charged to LodgeLink from suppliers vs. reservations in our system including guest days, room rates, taxes and hotel-specific fees.
  • Create accurate charge sheets for customers based on reconciled reservations.
  • Maintain and organize electronic files received from suppliers and customers.
  • Liaise with hotels and properties as required to ensure appropriate documentation is received in a timely manner to resolve disputes.
  • Responsible for telephone and email requests to hotel properties to collect and resolve outstanding folios.
  • Clearly communicate priorities and obstacles to the team and your supervisor.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as required.

Competencies and skill sets

  • Post-secondary certificate or degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Previous experience hotel administration or travel industry considered an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience with data/order entry and account management.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel are required. Must be comfortable using filters, tables, pivots and lookup functions in excel.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and be very organized.
  • Must have excellent communication, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build friendly and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be fluent in English both oral and written
