We are seeking technical individuals with strong problem-solving skills to work on a project monitoring remote cameras and scanners in a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring the health of these devices and performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor remote cameras and scanners installed at different areas in a warehouse environment
- Quickly identify and troubleshoot issues with these devices according to defined protocol
- Escalate issues to on-site engineers if they cannot be resolved remotely
- Maintain accurate records of device performance and issue resolution
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates
Requirements:
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with technology and using computer-based applications
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed
- Prior experience with monitoring or technical support is a plus
