Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly graphics, including website design, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and email templates, that adhere to healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the website developer, content writer, and on-page SEO specialist to ensure the graphics meet the healthcare client’s needs and optimize the user experience.
• Ensure all graphics are optimized for web use, adhering to best practices for website performance and speed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, user experience, and the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

• 4 – 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and industry-specific techniques.
• Prior experience working on graphics and design projects for healthcare clients is highly desirable.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Envato Elements, etc.
• Familiarity with website design principles and front-end web development technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior BPO and American market experience is preferred.
